Just like their tyres, this is a premium brand, so you’ll pay a bit more than for alternatives like Ring and the AA’s offerings, but you do get some neat extra features for your money, as you’re about to find out! If you really like the small size of this mini compressor, that’s the only thing that makes it stand out from other inflators. I’m not sure that’s going to be enough to sway many people into buying this, but here’s the price link if you’re interested: Size is probably the most important thing. The smallest inflators are around 20 x 20cm, so you can leave them in your car without losing too much luggage space. The best don’t skimp on the length of the power lead and air hose, which makes it easier to reach all four valves. Most can be preset to stop inflating when your tyre reaches the correct pressure.
Sometimes it's a bit fiddly to remove the valve without letting air out of your tyres, but that's the same with most pumpsWorks exactly as it should, handy LED light so you can see what you are doing in the dark and the fact you can pre-set the pressure you require is very clever. So you can go do something else while it is pumping your tyre up. Very well thought out, great machine! The pressure is usually shown in two formats: bar and psi. There are typically two sets of these. The lowest is for normal use, but you may well see another set of higher pressures for when the car is heavily loaded, increasing the weight that’s pushing down on the tyres. Some like our Michelin 240V superfast digital inflator plugs into your household mains if you’re worried about your cars battery. It will also inflate faster!
