We nerds are very familiar with Amiibo. And those devoted fans who started collecting them on day one remember the traumatic experiences of hoping the nearest Best Buy, Target, and GameStop had enough Amiibo to go around, especially for you. Thankfully, the Amiibo craziness has wound down, which means that the crazy, early lines are non-existent now. Amiibo still exist, but at least now, Nintendo has the common courtesy to make sure there’s enough to go around. It's also unclear which amiibo you can use. Fear not though, because that's why we're here! We've dug into the depths of Kirby Star Allies to figure it all out for you. Read on for a complete list of compatible amiibo and exactly what they do. While inside a stage, an amiibo can be scanned in to give Kirby some items. Scanning in a Kirby series amiibo, a Kirby character amiibo from the Super Smash Bros. series, or the Qbby amiibo will give Kirby two Picture Pieces, a pre-determined food item, and two Point Stars. Scanning in any other amiibo will give Kirby one Picture Piece, a cherry, and two Point Stars. This can be done at any point in the stage, even during Boss fights. We’re not really sure why anybody needs access to the Smash 4 amiibo guides — this metagame is dead. There haven’t been any official tournaments for years, as a matter of fact! In Team Kirby Clash Deluxe and Super Kirby Clash, scanning an amiibo will give the leader of Team Kirby various goodies, including Gem Apples and Fragments, with a rare chance of possibly receiving a Rare Fragment per scan. This can be done by visiting the Kirby statue to the left of Magolor's Shoppe in the village. Five different amiibo can only be scanned every 24 hours. King Dedede - Adds a statue of King Dedede and allows a remix of King Dedede's Theme to play, similar to the version from the title screen of Dedede's Drum Dash Deluxe. In The Ultimate Choice, different amiibo can be used up to 7 times in a row during a run, but this marks the results as using amiibo.

Once your FP has its bonus effects, congratulations — the hardest part is over! Now you need to even out its stats. We recommend a balanced (2100 / 2100) or slightly defensive build (1800 / 2400), but to be honest any setup works as long as your FP’s stats are maxed out. Kirby and the Rainbow Curse is the first Kirby series game compatible with the Kirby series amiibo (including their Super Smash Bros. series amiibo counterparts), which can be scanned in to give Kirby a bonus during the playthrough of a stage. The bonus obtained depends on the figure used, and can only be used once a day. The Kirby amiibo allows for unlimited Star Dashes, the King Dedede amiibo provides two extra hit points and the Meta Knight amiibo allows for fast dashing through weaker enemies. Kirby changes to dark blue in color, wields the Galaxia and obtains smaller versions of Meta Knight's mask and wings placed on top of his head. The first amiibo figurines that went out for sale were the ones related to Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U. Among them were figurines of Kirby, King Dedede, and Meta Knight, as all three were fighters in that game. Later, concurrent with the release of Kirby: Planet Robobot, came a set of official Kirby series amiibo, including Kirby, Meta Knight, King Dedede, and Waddle Dee. Drill Rush is another one of Meta Knight’s best moves, and using it often actually makes this fighter’s matchup against Incineroar somewhat workable! Use this on the ground from a short distance away, but never use it in the air. Meta Knight’s AI arcs Drill Rush in a strange angle if it does, and this angle sometimes leads to self-destructs.References Palutena's Reflect Barrier and mirror shield, as well as the Japanese name for Kid Icarus, "Palutena's Mirror". Kirby changes color to match a Waddle Dee, and wields a spotted blue parasol instead of the usual one, also gaining a bandana similar to Bandana Waddle Dee's. No forward tilt and no special moves. As mentioned previously, Meta Knight’s AI won’t finish its three-hit forward tilt combo and often self-destructs when taught to use its special moves. It’s disappointing, yes, but avoiding these moves is the best way to ensure that your Raid Boss lives for as long as possible. In addition, please do not add fake rarities such as "Very Common" or "Semi-Unicorn" that are not listed above.
